Engagement Manager, Ops & Supply Chain Practice | Remote (CT or EST preferred)
ATRIZ is hiring a 360 search consultant to build out our Ops & Supply Chain practice. This is an IC seat with full ownership: business development, client relationships, candidate sourcing, and search execution end to end. The practice isn’t built yet, but the demand is. Our existing clients have been asking us to run their ops and supply chain searches, and we need someone to step in and own it — set the standard for how we run these searches, build the client base, and grow it into one of the firm’s core verticals. The business is projecting 80% growth this year, and Ops & Supply Chain is one of the practices we’re betting on to fuel it.
This practice serves ecommerce/retail companies moving physical product. Director through VP/COO searches: VP Ops, fulfillment, supply chain leadership. The clients are growth-stage ($5M–$500M revenue) and most hire across our other four niches as they scale, which means the right operator will compound relationships into long-term accounts.
This isn’t a seat for a delivery-only recruiter. You’ll own BD from day one.
