Our team is currently hiring a Promotional Enrollment Associate to support customer outreach, brand awareness initiatives, and enrollment campaigns through face-to-face promotional events and retail-based interactions.
This is an entry-level opportunity designed for individuals who enjoy working with people, communicating clearly, and building professional experience in customer engagement, promotions, and marketing support.
Key Responsibilities
- Represent client brands during in-person promotional campaigns and community events
- Assist customers with enrollment information, account setup, and service options
- Answer general questions regarding current promotions and available programs
- Build positive customer relationships through professional communication
- Support event setup, campaign coordination, and daily promotional activities
- Track customer interactions and maintain accurate enrollment records
- Collaborate with team members and management to achieve campaign goals
Qualifications
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Comfortable working in customer-facing environments
- Ability to work independently and within a team setting
- Organized, dependable, and professional
- Entry-level candidates are encouraged to apply
- Previous experience in customer service, retail, hospitality, events, or sales is a plus but not required

Work Environment
This is a full-time, in-person position involving face-to-face customer interaction at retail locations, events, and promotional campaigns. Remote work is not available for this role.
