The Role

We are looking for an Assistant to the Creative Manager and Social Media Manager with a working understanding of blockchain and digital asset ecosystems.

This role is hands-on and fast-moving. You will support daily creative execution, content organization, research, analytics, and publishing across platforms. You will work closely with creative and social leadership to help translate complex blockchain ideas into clear, engaging, and accurate content.

This is an opportunity to learn deeply while contributing meaningfully to a growing global project.

Your Mission

Support the Creative Manager and Social Media Manager by helping organize, execute, and improve content across all social platforms while maintaining clarity, accuracy, and relevance within the blockchain space.

You will help manage the many moving parts behind content creation, from research and idea filtering to publishing, analytics, and community engagement.

What You’ll Do

• Assist with daily content planning, scheduling, and publishing
• Help archive, filter, and organize content ideas, references, and inspiration
• Contribute content ideas and creative suggestions
• Assist with copywriting including captions, hooks, replies, and short-form scripts
• Conduct research on blockchain topics, trends, news, and narratives
• Support analytics tracking across posts, reels, bookmarks, replies, and giveaways
• Organize assets, approvals, and publishing timelines
• Coordinate with designers, editors, and internal contributors
• Support AMAs, announcements, campaigns, and community initiatives
• Help maintain consistency across Instagram, TikTok, X, YouTube, LinkedIn, and community channels

What You Bring

• Working knowledge of blockchain, digital assets, and on-chain concepts
• Familiarity with crypto-native culture and online discourse
• Strong writing skills and attention to detail
• Highly organized and comfortable managing multiple tasks at once
• Thoughtful, reliable, and easy to collaborate with
• Able to move quickly while staying calm and structured
• Curious mindset with a desire to learn and improve

Nice to Have

• Basic familiarity with video editing tools (CapCut, Premiere, Final Cut, After Effects, or similar)
• Basic graphic design experience (Figma, Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva, or similar)
• Experience assisting a creative lead or social media manager
• Experience writing, researching, or managing content in crypto, fintech, or Web3
• Familiarity with ClickUp, Notion, or social scheduling tools
