The Project Coordinator is a critical enabler of the Talent Management function— bringing strong administrative, project management and technical support to Talent / HR initiatives. Reporting to the Chief Talent Officer, this is an impact role that supports a high-performing team, in a fast-paced environment and requires a highly engaged, resourceful, agile, and collaborative professional who consistently delivers high-quality work with speed and precision.
Key Responsibilities:
Administrative & Operational Excellence
·Provide administrative and operational support within a fast‑paced HR/Talent environment, with full ownership for quality, speed, and follow‑through
·Produce polished, executive‑ready materials and documentation—accurate, clear, and on time
·Maintain disciplined operating rhythms (agendas, actions, documentation, closure) that keep momentum high
·Create and maintain organized trackers, templates, and records that enable scale and reliability
Research & Analysis
·Provide targeted research, analysis, and administrative support for talent & culture initiatives.
·Conduct data gathering, benchmarking, and background research to support high‑quality decision‑making
·Synthesize inputs from multiple sources into concise summaries, briefs, and presentation materials
Systems, Data & Analytics
·Operate as a power user of HRIS and talent systems; Strong HRIS experience required; SAP SuccessFactors experience strongly preferred)
·Own data accuracy, integrity, and consistency across Talent Management and HR processes
·Build and continuously refine advanced Excel‑based analyses, reports, dashboards, and trackers used by business leaders
Process Discipline & Continuous Improvement
·Bring a disciplined process and systems mindset—clear inputs, structured execution, repeatable outputs
·Document and standardize workflows
·Identify smarter, faster, and more scalable ways to operate and implement improvements with urgency
·Maintain a consistently high professional bar for accuracy, organization, and reliability
Stakeholder Partnership & Presence
·Build strong, credible working relationships across Talent, HR, and business leaders at all levels

Required Qualifications
·Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
·7+ years in a high‑accountability HR operations /administrative support role
·Demonstrated track record of success providing administrative support for multiple stakeholders, in a fast‑paced HR environment
·Advanced PowerPoint and Excel proficiency (analysis, dashboards, complex trackers)
·Strong HRIS experience with hands‑on data management and reporting; SAP SuccessFactors strongly preferred
·Proven ability to operate independently, manage competing priorities, and deliver results
·Must be detail-oriented and highly organized
·Mature judgment, positive mindset, and strong interpersonal skills
·Clear, confident written and verbal communication skills
·Multilingual is a plus
·Limited travel required
