Luxury Wellness Consultant (1099 Contractor)

As Black & Bould expands its Home Wellness & Gym Design services, we are seeking a Luxury Wellness Consultant to lead client outreach and business development efforts throughout Colorado and New Mexico.
This role is ideal for someone who is naturally outgoing, relationship-oriented, and comfortable building authentic connections within luxury-adjacent spaces and communities. The ideal candidate is self-motivated, polished, proactive, and understands how to represent an elevated brand experience in both digital and in-person environments.
Responsibilities include:
- Prospecting and identifying potential clients
- Conducting cold outreach and follow-up communication
- Attending open houses, networking events, wellness gatherings, and luxury community events
- Building relationships with homeowners and referral sources
- Qualifying leads and scheduling consultations directly through the Black & Bould partnerships calendar and email account
- Representing the brand professionally and thoughtfully in public-facing environments
- Maintaining organized communication and lead tracking
This is a self-directed 1099 contractor role with flexible scheduling and performance-based compensation.
Compensation:
- Paid per booked client consultation
- Contractor payments issued twice monthly
- Long-term growth opportunity available for the right candidate
Required Qualifications:
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Comfortable with networking, outreach, and initiating conversations
- Highly organized and comfortable working independently
- Must reside in Colorado or New Mexico
Preferred Qualifications:
- Business development experience
- Experience in sales, hospitality, luxury service, wellness, fitness, design, or real estate
