Logistics Manager Full Time NEW

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Coordinate and communicate with the GVA logistics team to plan and execute shipments efficiently
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Accounting, Sales, Inventory, and overseas offices
• Maintain accurate inventory records by regularly updating item status in the system
• Verify stock levels and prepare watches and related products for shipment
• Pack watches and straps in accordance with company guidelines and document shipments through designated channels
• Request invoices from assigned wholesale clients via the sales channel
• Generate shipping labels and tracking information through Monday.com
• Monitor and follow up on both domestic and international shipments to ensure timely delivery
• Manage and maintain inventory of G-Dragon jewelry and packaging materials to prevent shortages
• Place purchase orders for watches and straps with GVA to fulfill customer orders
• Share final invoices and tracking numbers with assigned accounts
• Oversee import and export processes to ensure smooth customs clearance
• Coordinate regular and customized strap requests with the GVA team
• Allocate display orders per client requests in collaboration with the warehouse team
• Manage and issue warranty cards for watches and jewelry

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• Ability to perform effectively under pressure and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
• Self-motivated with strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• 1–2 years of experience in the luxury or logistics industry preferred
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, Monday.com, and Slack
• Hands-on experience in shipping and receiving operations required
• Basic knowledge of watches and jewelry is an asset
• Strong organizational and interpersonal communication skills
• Excellent administrative and time management abilities
• High level of integrity and professionalism
• Strong customer service mindset
• Detail-oriented with the ability to multitask
