We are currently looking for a Brand Strategy Associate to join us.

In This Role, You Can Expect

• Find and share critical information (e.g., secondary research/desk research) and identify relative importance of ideas to help inform work
• Seek out work and finds ways to get involved with new projects, initiatives, and topics
• Support the creation of an idea that is right for the category, the audience(s) and the brand
• Actively contribute to assigned project and project management tasks such as competitive audits, discovery immersions, background research, note taking etc.
• Asks questions and consistently ensure work aligns with expectations
• Always eager and ready to jump in when asked to support new ideas or initiatives
• Highly engaged in Monigle culture, developing trusted relationships across departments

Our Ideal Candidate

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or Communications (or similar field)?
• Internship(s) or 1+ year of Strategy experience; Brand strategy is a plus
• Exceptional communication skills – both written and verbal
• Expertise in developing and delivering presentations
• Strong proficiency in PowerPoint
• Experience with various research methodologies and comfort with qualitative and quantitative data
• Interest in seeing the impact of your work in client businesses and in the real world

Salary range: $55,000 – $78,000

• Final salary will be determined based on seniority, merit, geographic location, education, training and experience – reach out to us to learn more.
