Role: Merchandise Coordinator
Reports To: Senior Manager of Global Panning & Operations
Summary:
This position requires a self-starter who works well both independently and in a team setting. Reporting directly to the Senior Manager of Global Planning & Operations. The Merchandise Coordinator provides support for the various buying teams both domestically and internationally. Functions for this role include but are not limited to Master Data Management, Order Management, Inventory Management and general Customer Service to our internal teams and Franchise partners. These tasks are administrative in nature and encompass use of an analytical lens to support growth and continued success of the brand.
Job Responsibilities:
1. Support Planning, Merchandising and eCommerce teams
2. Assist with assembling data, analyzing performance, identifying problems, developing solutions and making recommendations
3. Pull, compile, and distribute reports for the Planning & Merchandising team and for vendor partners
4. Generate Ad Hoc reports using Excel templates to fulfill teams’ needs for sales information
5. Assist with SKU creation and product/UPC/pricing import in POS system; Provide SKUs for new styles from vendors not in system
6. Build seasonal product catalogs by vendors for order entry, update as needed, and assist with managing orders domestically and internationally
7. Own master data management; ensure the accuracy and integrity of our data
8. Track shipments and deliveries where applicable
9. Be a supporting point of contact for franchisees, vendors, store staff, etc.

· Professional Acumen: Exceptional organizational skills and a meticulous attention to detail, crucial for sales reporting to upper management.
· Operational Acumen: Proficiency in executing operational processes & tasks related to all office functions.
· Collaboration: Strong collaborative skills for effective teamwork with vendors, the buying team, and various internal departments.
· Ownership and Accountability: Proactive approach to taking ownership of tasks and processes, especially in managing report & SKU creation process.
