Position Overview
The Writer will write, edit, fact-check, and research content to support the seminars for the Leadership Programs team at Netflix This role is part of the Leadership Programs content team and will help create immersive learning experiences for leaders across the company.
The work will include writing short- and long-form case studies, seminar materials, video scripts and messaging, interview questions, participant exercises, business simulations, collateral materials to support cases, slides and visual information for seminars. This role is also responsible for finding suitable articles, off-the-shelf cases, poetry, readings, and other educational information to supplement our case content.
The ideal candidate has strong writing instincts, editorial judgment, intellectual curiosity, and the ability to turn complex business information into clear, compelling learning content. This role is key to delivering accurate, timely, and engaging content across a range of formats and must be skilled at creating editorial content for multiple media platforms.

Generally, our compensation structure consists solely of an annual salary; we do not have bonuses. You choose each year how much of your compensation you want in salary versus stock options. To determine your personal top of market compensation, we rely on market indicators and consider your specific job family, background, skills, and experience to determine your compensation in the market range. The range for this role is $130,000.00 – $220,000.00.
