Creative Designer Oh My Mahjong | Full-Time | Remote

The Role We’re looking for a talented, versatile Creative Designer to join our growing marketing team. You’ll be the hands-on creative force behind our visual identity across every touchpoint — from paid ads and email campaigns to product launches and retail assets. This is a full-time remote role with real ownership and a ton of creative variety.

What You’ll Do

• Design scroll-stopping ad creative for Google, Meta, and other paid channels — static, animated, and everything in between
• Build and template email marketing graphics and layouts in close collaboration with our marketing team (Klaviyo experience a plus)
• Create print and digital collateral — packaging inserts, sell sheets, market material, retail assets, and more using InDesign
• Maintain and evolve our visual brand standards across all formats and channels
• Support product photography retouching and image editing in Photoshop
• Rapidly produce on-brand assets for seasonal campaigns, new product launches, and retail partner needs
• Organize and manage a clean, accessible digital asset library
• Collaborate directly with the marketing team and founder to bring creative concepts to life

What We’re Looking For

Must-haves:

• 3+ years of graphic design experience, ideally in a consumer product, lifestyle, or e-commerce environment
• Expert-level proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator, Figma, and the broader Creative Suite
• Strong portfolio demonstrating ad creative, email design, and brand consistency
• Experience designing assets for digital advertising (Meta, Google, display)
• Understanding of email marketing design principles and how creative performs in-inbox
• Exceptional eye for typography, color, and layout
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-moving team

Nice-to-haves:

• Experience with Klaviyo or similar ESP
• Motion/animation skills (After Effects, Canva Pro, or similar)
• Familiarity with Shopify or e-commerce visual needs
• Background in lifestyle, home goods, fashion, or gift brands
