Role Description

Full-time or part-time, on-site or remote role for a Fractional Chief Operating Officer (COO) located in Los Angeles, CA. The Fractional COO will oversee the daily operations of the company, develop and implement strategic business plans, and ensure operational efficiency and profitability. This role involves managing organizational structures, improving performance metrics, and fostering leadership development within the team. The Fractional COO will work closely with the founding team to execute on key business objectives and long-term growth strategies.

Qualifications

• Strong expertise in Business Planning and Operations Management
• Proven Analytical Skills and ability to interpret complex data for strategic decision-making
• Experience in Finance, including financial analysis and reporting
• Proficiency in Budgeting and ensuring cost-effective operations
• Exceptional leadership skills with a focus on team collaboration and growth
• Strong problem-solving and process optimization capabilities
• Prior experience scaling companies, particularly in founder-led organizations, is highly preferred
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field; MBA preferred
