Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Estimator role based in the Atlanta Metropolitan Area. The Estimator will be responsible for preparing accurate cost estimates for flooring projects, analyzing project specifications and requirements, reviewing architectural drawings, and collaborating with clients to provide tailored solutions. The role also involves sourcing materials, preparing bids, coordinating with vendors, and ensuring proper cost analysis to achieve project goals.

• Proficiency in cost estimation, budget analysis, and financial forecasting
• Ability to review and interpret blueprints, architectural drawings, and project specifications
• Experience in vendor sourcing, procurement, and price negotiation
• Analytical thinking, attention to detail, and strong problem-solving abilities
• Excellent communication, teamwork, and client relationship-building skills
• Proficiency in relevant estimation and project management software
• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent professional experience)
• Knowledge of flooring materials, installation processes, and industry standards is highly valued
