The Remote Talent Acquisition Associate will oversee full-cycle recruitment efforts at Alignment Health. This role manages the end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing and screening candidates to offer negotiation and onboarding while also providing consultative support to hiring managers throughout the hiring journey.
Job Duties/Responsibilities
Experience
Required: 2+ years of full cycle recruitment experience
Preferred: Recruiting experience in corporate, healthcare organizations, and/or search firms
Education
Required: Bachelor’s degree from four-year college or university; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Pay Range: $58,531.00 – $87,797.00
Pay range may be based on a number of factors including market location, education, responsibilities, experience, etc.
