Social Media & Influencer Marketing Intern Full Time NEW

R2Net is a diamond bridal jewelry company with a technology soul. R2Net Inc. is an innovative technology company that provides e-commerce and supply chain platforms to connect the entire span of the diamond industry ecosystem, including manufacturers, retailers, and consumers.

Blue Nile is seeking a creative, detail-oriented Social Media & Influencer Marketing Intern to support our growing digital marketing efforts. This role is ideal for someone passionate about social media trends, influencer partnerships, and storytelling in the luxury and e-commerce space. You’ll gain hands-on experience working with a collaborative marketing team while contributing to real campaigns that reach a global audience.

Responsibilities:

• Assist with creating and organizing social media content, including helping prep for photoshoots (sourcing props, setting up products, etc.)
• Support the team in drafting captions and brainstorming content ideas for platforms like Instagram, TikTok, and Pinterest
• Monitor social media channels and flag comments, messages, or trends to the team
• Conduct research to identify potential influencers and compile outreach lists
• Track basic social media and influencer performance metrics and help maintain reporting spreadsheets
• Stay up to date on social media trends, viral content, and competitor activity

Requirements

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field
• Experience managing social media accounts (personal or professional)
• Familiarity with major social platforms and influencer ecosystems
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail
• Strong interest in social media, influencer marketing, and digital storytelling
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
• Knowledge of influencer platforms or tools (e.g., DashSocial)
• Basic graphic design or video editing skills (Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, CapCut, etc.)
• Passion for jewelry, fashion, or luxury brands

Benefits

Hourly base pay: $17.00 – 19.50. Final pay rate shall be determined and is based on experience and qualifications. At this time, R2NET will not sponsor a new applicant for employment authorization for this position.
