Role Description

The Vice President of Strategy is a full-time, remote role responsible for developing and executing strategic initiatives that align with the company’s long-term vision. This position involves analyzing market trends, providing thought leadership, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive digital strategy and financial growth. The VP of Strategy will oversee strategic planning processes, contribute to consulting efforts, and ensure the alignment of business operations with organizational goals. Regular reporting and communication with stakeholders are essential aspects of this role.

Qualifications

• Strong Analytical Skills and experience in data-driven decision-making
• Proven expertise in Strategic Planning and the development of actionable business roadmaps
• Background in Consulting, including experience with stakeholder engagement and project leadership
• Proficient understanding of Finance concepts and frameworks
• In-depth knowledge of Digital Strategy, including technology trends and implementation
• Exceptional problem-solving and decision-making abilities
• Solid leadership and collaboration skills to drive organizational success
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field; MBA preferred
• Experience working in the financial services sector or a related industry is advantageous
