The Opportunity Elavi is a high-growth, venture backed CPG snack brand sold at Costco, Whole Foods, Amazon, Thrive Market, Life Time Fitness, and 1000+ retail doors nationwide. We’re looking for a hands-on, self-directed Operations Coordinator to own and drive day-to-day inventory and order fulfillment. This role is a critical member of the operations team and will report to the COO. You’ll lead logistics activities for accurate and timely processing of orders to meet and exceed customer service level requirements, serving as the primary point of contact between Sales, Operations, Retail Partners, our co-packer, and distribution for order management and fulfillment.

Scope of Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end fulfillment of all product orders for internal and external customers, including retail, DTC, and influencer shipments
• Monitor and process incoming customer POs, including order entry, release, and coordination with Elavi’s 3PL and co-packer partners
• Daily communication with warehouses, co-packers, and freight providers for order fulfillment, tracking, and prioritization
• Process EDI transactions including ASNs and invoices through Crstl and QuickBooks Online
• Problem-solve and make decisions to ensure the highest level of customer service, continuous improvement, and meeting or exceeding organizational KPIs
• Manage all customer-facing communications related to order fulfillment, product availability, and issue resolution
• Work closely with the operations and procurement team to ensure pricing accuracy, proper invoicing, and alignment on production and fulfillment needs
• Own weekly inventory reconciliation against co-packer reports, confirming all shipments and inbounds are accurately reflected
• Coordinate movement of inventory across Elavi’s distribution network
• Support ad hoc projects including 3PL onboarding/offboarding, packaging version control, and process documentation
• All other duties as assigned

The Right Candidate: Qualifications & Attributes

• 2+ years of experience in inventory, logistics, order fulfillment, or supply chain operations (CPG or food & beverage preferred)
• Proficiency in Cin7, QuickBooks Online, Excel, and EDI systems (experience with Crstl is a plus)
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to clearly escalate issues to all levels of management
• Hands-on, dependable, and comfortable managing multiple competing deadlines and priorities simultaneously
• Extremely detail-oriented with high standards for data accuracy across every system and touchpoint
• Self-starter who can perform responsibilities with minimal supervision and operates with a sense of urgency, focus, and discipline
• Process-oriented mindset: you build SOPs, document workflows, and continuously look for ways to improve efficiency
• Thrives in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment where priorities shift quickly

Nice to Have

• Experience working with 3PLs and freight brokers
• Familiarity with retail compliance requirements (labeling, ASN accuracy, delivery windows)

Compensation & Structure

• $55,000 – $65,000 annually, commensurate with experience
• Part-time to start: 20-30 hours/week, with a path to full-time for the right person as the brand scales
• Full time benefits: Medical, Dental, Unlimited PTO
• Remote, but must be in the US
• Reports directly to the COO
