Job Description
At DEW, our people are the most important resource. We’re looking for a skilled recruiter to join our Human Resources team in Columbia to help us find the right people for the right roles. The successful candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and recruiting top talent to support our Agency’s growth and success. Minimum And Additional Requirements
Education and Experience
A bachelor’s degree and relevant human resources experience OR an equivalent combination of education and experience. A master’s degree in human resources management may substitute for the required experience.
Preferred Qualifications
Knowledge of state and federal recruitment policies, laws and practices. Excellent customer service and oral, written and phone communication. Experience in recruiting and hiring. Ability to complete assignments timely and with limited supervision.
