As our business continues to grow, we are seeking a highly organized, adaptable, and tech-savvy Operations & Creative Associate to support multiple areas of the business. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys variety, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and is eager to gain hands-on exposure to multiple areas of a growing business.

Position Overview

This is a dynamic, hands-on support role that blends operations, administration, inventory coordination, and light creative/marketing responsibilities.

The right candidate will be comfortable wearing many hats—from processing invoices and shipping packages to organizing inventory, assisting with product photography, supporting marketing projects, and helping improve workflows through modern technology and AI tools.

This role is best suited for someone who is humble, proactive, and excited to build a career by mastering the fundamentals of how a growing business operates.

Key Responsibilities

Operations & Administrative Support

• Process customer paperwork including invoices, memos, billing, and deposits
• Prepare, ship, and track outgoing packages; receive and process incoming shipments
• Maintain accurate records, files, and databases across departments
• Support general office organization, supplies, and administrative systems
• Run business-related errands to local vendors/partners as needed
• Assist with trade show and event preparation/logistics

Inventory & Product Support

• Tag, organize, and maintain jewelry/gemstone inventory
• Assist with showroom setup, tray organization, and product displays
• Help prepare inventory and displays for customer presentations and major national trade shows
• Photograph inventory and maintain organized product image libraries

Creative / Marketing Support

• Assist with simple social media and digital marketing tasks
• Help prepare product presentations, line sheets, and marketing materials
• Support website/product catalog updates as needed
• Technology / Process Improvement
• Utilize modern software and AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, etc.) to improve efficiency and workflow
• Help identify opportunities to streamline processes and improve internal organization

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred, but not required
• 0–3 years of professional experience preferred
• Strong organizational skills and exceptional attention to detail
• Tech-savvy with ability to quickly learn new software and systems
• Familiarity with AI tools such as ChatGPT/Claude strongly preferred
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office / Google Workspace required
• Adobe Creative Cloud / Canva / Photography / Social Media experience is a plus
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Positive, team-first attitude with willingness to pitch in wherever needed
