HR Talent Acquisition Specialist Full Time NEW

A Dallas based private equity firm is looking for an HR & Talent Acquisition Specialist to join its Human Resources team. The HR & Talent Acquisition Specialist will be responsible for full-cycle recruiting, recruitment strategy, onboarding, and employee performance management. This role will report to the HR Director.

Position Responsibilities

• Execute the full-cycle recruiting strategy and follow up on new hire requests.
• Work with hiring managers to produce job descriptions for the ad (when applicable).
• Ensure positions are posted and optimized for maximum response rates.
• Ensure smooth and timely recruiting and hiring process for open and future roles.
• Utilize effective sourcing tactics to ensure qualified talent is readily available.
• Support hiring managers with applicant tracking software including tracking open positions, assessing applicant flow, screening candidates, and ensuring optimal utilization of tools and resources.
• Provide compensation package guidance to HR Director and practice effective offer negotiation skills with prospective talent.
• Work closely with HR Director and hiring managers on onboarding to ensure a seamless hiring process.
• Manage the year-end performance review process, ensuring timeline completion, and alignment with organizational goals.
• Contribute to HR projects, process improvements, and organizational initiatives.

Skills & Experience

• Minimum of 3 years’ experience working as a corporate recruiting professional.
• Bachelor’s Degree (BS/BA) in Business or related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Experience driving the full life cycle of a recruiting process, managing multiple jobs at multiple levels at any one time.
• Experience supporting human resources functions across the employee lifecycle.
• Understanding and execution of sourcing techniques and strategies.
• Initiative and have ability to work autonomously with a can-do attitude.
