Role Description

This is a part-time hybrid role for a Business Support professional based in Dubai, where some work can be performed remotely. Responsibilities include providing administrative assistance, offering exceptional customer service, analyzing data for key insights, and supporting financial operations. The Business Support professional will act as a vital link for efficient operations and maintain effective communication within and outside the organization to ensure smooth workflows.

Qualifications

• Strong Analytical Skills, including the ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights
• Customer Service expertise with a focus on delivering exceptional client experiences
• Familiarity with financial processes, reporting, and planning
• Excellent Communication skills, both written and verbal, to collaborate effectively with teams and stakeholders
• Proven skills in Administrative Assistance and the ability to support daily business operations
• Attention to detail, problem-solving abilities, and strong organizational skills
• Proficiency in using office and business management tools
• Prior experience in a business support role is advantageous
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field is preferred
