Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Front-End Web Developer based in Green Bay, WI. The Front-End Web Developer will be responsible for designing and implementing responsive and user-friendly web interfaces, collaborating with other team members including back-end developers and designers, and ensuring website performance and usability across multiple devices and browsers. The candidate will also work on maintaining and updating existing web projects, solving technical challenges, and contributing to improving web development processes within the organization.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Front-End Development and Responsive Web Design
• Experience with Web Development and Software Development practices
• Knowledge of Back-End Web Development to collaborate effectively with full-stack teams
• Strong problem-solving and debugging skills
• Attention to detail with the ability to create visually appealing and functional designs
• Familiarity with modern web technologies and frameworks
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Web Development, or a related field is preferred
• Prior experience in agency settings is a plus
