Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a Vice President of Customer Relations. The VP of Customer Relations will be responsible for driving customer satisfaction, fostering strong business relationships, and overseeing initiatives to enhance the customer experience. Key tasks include developing and implementing customer relationship strategies, managing customer service teams, collaborating with sales teams to align on customer needs, and optimizing processes to improve service delivery and retention. The individual will play a vital role in influencing stakeholder engagement and representing customer perspectives in strategic decision-making.

Qualifications

• Strong expertise in Business Relationship Management and building meaningful partnerships with stakeholders.
• Proven ability to enhance Customer Satisfaction and deliver an exceptional Customer Experience.
• Experience in Sales and ability to align customer relationship efforts with revenue goals.
• Proficiency in Customer Service management, including team leadership and process optimization.
• Demonstrated strategic thinking, problem-solving skills, and ability to influence decision-making at executive levels.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field; MBA preferred.
• Experience in the technology, consulting, or AI industry is a plus.
