About AISAP & the Role
AISAP is a healthcare AI company focused on improving real-time diagnosis and clinical decision-making through advanced ultrasound solutions.
We are looking for a Grant Specialist to support identification and submission of high-impact rural health grants (federal & state), including programs from Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services and HRSA. This role combines hands-on grant writing with strategic thinking, working on a small number of high-priority opportunities.
What You’ll Do
- Identify relevant rural health funding opportunities
- Write and support grant applications (narratives, work plans, materials)
- Help position the company solution within rural health funding use cases
- Coordinate with internal teams and external partners
- Manage submission processes (Grants.gov, state portals)
- Use your network to support outreach where relevant
What We’re Looking For
- 3+ years of experience in healthcare grant writing (US-based)
- Experience submitting federal or state grant applications
- Familiarity with rural health systems (CAHs, FQHCs, etc.)
- Strong writing and ability to translate RFPs into clear proposals
- Ability to work with multiple stakeholders and deadlines
- Experience with rural-heavy states across the Southeast and Midwest (e.g., Alabama, Mississippi, Louisiana, Kentucky, Oklahoma, South Carolina, Tennessee, among others).
