Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a Director of Business Development. The individual will be responsible for driving new business opportunities, creating and implementing business strategies, managing key accounts, generating leads, and negotiating and executing contracts. Additionally, the Director will work closely with cross-functional teams to understand market trends and develop growth plans that align with company goals.

Qualifications

• Proven ability in New Business Development and identifying growth opportunities
• Experience in Hospitality, Senior Living, Student Housing, and Multifamily is required – existing relationships to leverage will be key to fast start
• Expertise in Business Planning and strategic thinking
• Proficiency in Lead Generation and building sales pipelines
• Strong skills in Contract Negotiation and closing deals
• Experience in Account Management and developing long-term client relationships
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills
• A results-driven mindset with a focus on meeting and exceeding targets
• Familiarity with the commercial real estate sector or water efficiency services is a plus
