Role Description

This is a full-time, remote opportunity for a Vice President of Global Diversity at Ancita Capital™. The role involves leading the organization’s diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) strategy by designing and implementing initiatives to foster inclusivity and build equitable practices. Responsibilities include aligning DEI goals with business priorities, supporting talent acquisition efforts, driving education and training programs, and establishing measurable outcomes to track progress. The Vice President will collaborate across departments and lead efforts to engage internal and external stakeholders on DEI priorities.

Qualifications

• Proven expertise in Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion strategies and initiatives, with the ability to implement programs aligned with organizational goals.
• Experience in leadership, strategic planning, and change management, including driving business outcomes through DEI initiatives.
• Strong skills in analysis, program evaluation, and developing measurable outcomes for DEI programs.
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and stakeholder engagement skills, with experience working in cross-functional environments.
• Knowledge of organizational behavior, cultural competency, and training methodologies to promote inclusivity and equity.
• Experience in global or multinational organizations is highly advantageous.
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Sociology, or a related field is required; advanced degree preferred.
