The University of North Carolina at Pembroke is currently accepting applications for a Women’s Golf Graduate Assistant. This position will assist with daily operations of the UNC Pembroke Golf Program.
Responsibilities
- Assist with daily office duties.
- Engage in practice planning
- Making team travel arrangements, such as transportation, hotels, and meals
- Coach and provide support on tournament days.
- Must have and be able to maintain a valid driver’s license and be willing to operate a motor vehicle to transport teams to and from competition;
- Assist with equipment, gear, and facilities (ordering, distributing and maintaining)
- Recruiting qualified, prospective student-athletes as allowed by NCAA rules (NCAA Coaching Certification module must be passed)
- Assist with study hall and academic support of student athletes.
- Collegiate golf playing experience preferred
