Change Management Consultant Full Time NEW

The Midtown Group has been selected to fill several long-term contract roles for a rapidly growing culture and change consulting firm that helps purpose-driven leaders achieve exceptional outcomes. They partner with some of the most recognizable organizations who believe a high-performance culture is the key to unlocking their competitive advantage.

Midtown is excited to joining forces with this exciting company and we are looking to hire at least seven professionals for them ASAP who can help expand their mission of fresher thinking, bolder action and bigger results for employee fulfillment, operational efficiency, and renewed innovation.

Here are the details:

Organizational Change Management (OCM) professionals

• Must have 10+ years deep experience, not just PM with change knowledge
• Must be hands-on, not just strategy/counsel
• Independent contractors only. 6-month projects at 20hrs/week or 3-month at 40hrs/week are examples of common engagements.
• Required certifications include one of the following: PROSCI, ACMP, PMI change management, or Kotter methodology

Our most urgent openings include:

Two proven OCMs with veterinary industry experience or at least medical network (senior care, hospitals) experience.

A proven bilingual (English/Spanish) OCM for a large manufacturing rollout preferred.

Two accomplished AI focused OCMs with implementation expertise. Must have experience helping organizations roll out AI solutions. Must have handled job displacement scenarios or AI governance overlay.

All candidates must be flexible for occasional travel and have excellent references.

Compensation ranges are competitive and depend on experience.
