Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee daily social media management across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and emerging channels using tools like Hootsuite and Buffer.
• Create engaging content including graphics, videos, photography, and written posts that resonate with target audiences and reflect brand identity.
• Utilize social listening tools to monitor conversations around the brand, industry trends, and competitors to inform strategy adjustments.
• Implement targeted Facebook Advertising campaigns to increase reach and engagement while analyzing performance metrics through Google Analytics and web analytics tools.
• Collaborate with public relations teams to manage relationship building with influencers, media outlets, and community partners.
• Conduct keyword research and SEO optimization for social content to enhance discoverability across digital channels.
• Proofread all content meticulously to ensure accuracy, consistency, and adherence to branding guidelines.
• Track campaign performance using web analytics and social media management tools; prepare reports that highlight insights and areas for improvement.
• Stay current with digital marketing trends, platform updates, and best practices in social media marketing to continually refine strategies.

Experience

• Proven experience in social media management or digital marketing roles with a focus on social media strategy development.
• Demonstrated ability to create compelling visual content using Adobe Creative Suite applications such as Photoshop and Illustrator; video editing skills are a plus.
• Strong understanding of SEO principles, keyword research techniques, and web analytics tools like Google Analytics.
• Experience managing paid advertising campaigns on Facebook or other social platforms with measurable success.
• Familiarity with social listening tools and social media management platforms such as Hootsuite or Buffer.
• Excellent relationship management skills for engaging with influencers, partners, and media contacts effectively.
