Position Summary

The temporary Full-Time Recruiter will support the organization’s talent acquisition efforts by managing full-cycle recruitment for clinical, medical, and community-based roles. This individual will play a critical role in sourcing, screening, and coordinating interviews while ensuring compliance with healthcare hiring standards and organizational policies. Experience recruiting in healthcare, medical, or public health settings is strongly preferred.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle recruitment for assigned positions, including clinical, medical, and non-clinical roles
• Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs, role requirements, and timelines
• Source candidates through job boards, referrals, networking, and targeted outreach
• Review resumes, conduct initial phone screens, and assess candidate qualifications
• Coordinate and schedule interviews with candidates and hiring managers
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS)- Paylocity
• Ensure compliance with healthcare hiring requirements, including background checks, license verification, and credentialing (as applicable)
• Support onboarding processes by coordinating pre-employment requirements
• Provide a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process
• Track recruitment metrics and provide updates to HR leadership
• Assist with recruitment events, job fairs, and community outreach efforts as needed

Requirements

Qualifications

Required

• 4+ years of recruiting or talent acquisition experience
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple requisitions simultaneously
• Familiarity with ATS platforms and online recruitment tools (Paylocity)
• High attention to detail and confidentiality

Preferred

• Experience recruiting in healthcare, medical, public health, or community-based organizations
• Knowledge of clinical roles (e.g., nurses, medical assistants, care coordinators, CHWs, clinicians, etc.)
• Understanding of healthcare compliance requirements (background checks, immunizations, licensure)
• Prior experience in nonprofit, public health, or medical environments

Work Schedule
