We’re Faceplant Creative, a social-first content agency that helps brands create scroll-stopping content. We’re on the hunt for a freelance assistant graphic designer to join our creative crew and help bring branded social content to life.
🏆 THE IDEAL CANDIDATE:
We’re looking for someone with strong skills in Canva. You should have experience creating branded content for social media and a keen eye for contemporary layout, color, and modern design trends. The ideal fit is reliable, detail-oriented, quick to communicate, and open to feedback with a willingness to make things better. Experience with tools like Adobe Suite, CapCut, Dropbox, Slack, Google Drive, and monday.com is also a plus!
✅ DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
These are the main responsibilities for this role, but other tasks may come up along the way.
- Designing eye-catching content (in-feed posts, stories, carousels, and paid ads) for brand’s social platforms (Meta, LinkedIn, TikTok)
- Following brand + design guidelines to keep things consistent and on point
- Collaborating with our team to bring concepts to life and execute edits and revisions on a timely schedule
- Working with creative briefs and direction to deliver polished, client-ready visuals
Extra points if you:
- Have experience with motion graphics, light animation or video editing
- Are organized and can juggle multiple projects at once
- Local to Austin, Texas
🎉 PAY:
- $20-25 per hour, depending on experience
