Highly competitive, per the Rush-Henrietta Administrators’ contract, with a range of $100,000-$166,635, based on experience.
Qualifications
Rush-Henrietta is seeking an innovative, dedicated and collaborative educational leader to be the next Principal at our Senior High School. Demonstrated highly successful secondary teaching and leadership experience are required. Candidates must demonstrate a student-centered, culturally affirming approach to instructional leadership, data-informed continuous improvement, and supervision practices that lead to student achievement and teacher growth.
Applicants must have or be eligible (via NYSED reciprocity) for New York administrative certification (SBL, SAS or SDA). Rush-Henrietta provides comprehensive mentoring and leadership development for all new administrators. Leadership candidates of diverse backgrounds and experience are strongly encouraged to apply.
