Job Summary
We are currently seeking skilled and team-oriented applicants for the Associate Vice Principle (AVP) of Facilities,
The Associate Vice President (AVP) for Facilities provides strategic leadership and operational oversight for all aspects of the university’s physical infrastructure, including planning, design, construction, maintenance, operations, and custodial services. The AVP is responsible for ensuring a safe, functional, and sustainable campus environment that supports the success of students, faculty, and staff. This role is critical to long-range capital planning, resource management, and fostering a culture of customer service and continuous improvement. The AVP must demonstrate strong interpersonal skills, adaptability, and professionalism, and must be available to respond to emergency calls during non-business hours.
This position oversees a team of approximately 170 employees across the areas of Facilities Services, Facilities Maintenance, Construction and Planning, and Sustainability.

Conditions of Employment
