The Role
• Ensure new product information and visuals are complete, accurate, and compelling for catalog and website.
• Develop new product positioning strategies by understanding relationships to existing products and customer perspectives.
• Analyze market research and internal reports to identify product trends and competitive strategies.
• Collaborate with Creative, Merchandising, and Internet departments on product development and web marketing initiatives.
• Review customer return data to identify areas for improvement and develop strategies to reduce return percentages.
What You’ll Need
• Bachelor’s degree.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Experience with AS400 or database systems is a plus.
