I. Position Definition
The Vice President of Luxury Marketing is a senior executive role responsible for the brand’s overall marketing strategy, brand image, and growth performance within the high-end market.
Core Function:
To ensure the brand is simultaneously “stylish and rich in narrative” and “commercially successful and commanding a premium price.” II. Core Responsibilities
**Brand Strategy & Positioning**
Define the brand’s positioning within the luxury market (Ultra-Luxury / High-End / Accessible Luxury)
Develop the brand narrative and value system (History, Craftsmanship, Culture)
Ensure global consistency in brand image and communication style
**Global Marketing Strategy**
Formulate annual and quarterly marketing plans
Coordinate promotional activities across different regions (Europe, US, Middle East, Asia)
Balance brand image integrity with sales conversion objectives
**High-End Client Marketing (Key Focus)**
Design and manage the VIP client program (Membership tiers, exclusive services)
Plan and organize private events (Jewelry appreciation sessions, gala dinners, salons)
Enhance loyalty and encourage repeat purchases among High Net Worth (HNW) clients
**Public Relations & Media Relations**
Manage relationships with fashion and luxury media outlets
Organize press conferences, exhibitions, and brand events
Coordinate collaborations with celebrities, public figures, and KOLs (Key Opinion Leaders)
**Digital Marketing & Social Media**
Develop social media platform strategies (Content style, visual consistency)
Manage digital advertising campaigns and traffic acquisition
Enhance the brand’s online influence and presence
**Brand & Sales Synergy**
Collaborate with the sales team to drive conversion rates
Support in-store and channel-specific marketing initiatives
Optimize Marketing Return on Investment (ROI)
**Team Management**
Lead and manage the Brand, Marketing, and PR teams
Establish standardized marketing processes and systems
Enhance the team’s execution capabilities and creative output
III. Specific Responsibilities within the Jewelry Industry
Within a jewelry company, this role typically entails:

This role typically holds authority over:

V. Job Requirements
**Experience Requirements:**
8+ years of professional marketing experience
Background within the luxury goods, jewelry, or fashion industries
**Competency Requirements:**
Strong brand-building capabilities (Branding expertise)
Deep understanding of the high-end consumer mindset
Experience working in international markets
Ability to effectively bridge creativity with commercial objectives
