Role Overview
We are hiring a Customer Success Manager to drive adoption, retention, and growth across a portfolio of customers. The role is part trusted advisor, part project manager — making sure customers get value from the product and renew because of it.
Key Responsibilities
– Own a portfolio of customer accounts post-sale, focused on adoption and retention
– Run quarterly business reviews and align product use to customer business outcomes
– Drive product adoption through training, onboarding, and ongoing enablement
– Identify expansion opportunities and partner with sales to close them
– Monitor account health metrics and intervene proactively on at-risk accounts
– Collect customer feedback and feed product insights to internal teams
Required Skills and Qualifications
– 3+ years in customer success, account management, or consulting
– Track record of driving renewals and expansion in a B2B SaaS environment
– Strong commercial instincts and comfort having business-outcome conversations
– Hands-on with customer success platforms (Gainsight, ChurnZero) and CRM
– Excellent written and verbal communication and executive presence
– Empathy for customers and bias for proactive engagement
