Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for the Owner position, located in the Greater Chicago Area. The Owner will oversee the overall administration and strategic direction of the organization. Responsibilities include managing operations, developing and executing business strategies, identifying market opportunities, supervising teams, and making day-to-day decisions to drive growth. The role involves close collaboration with internal and external partners, maintaining budget oversight, and ensuring the achievement of organizational objectives. Additionally, the Owner will be responsible for fostering professional relationships and representing the organization in various capacities.

Qualifications

• Leadership and decision-making skills, with the ability to inspire and manage teams effectively
• Business development and strategic planning experience to identify and capitalize on opportunities
• Operational management experience including budgeting, resource allocation, and process optimization
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for building and maintaining relationships with stakeholders
• Critical thinking and problem-solving abilities to navigate complex challenges
• Knowledge and experience in managing business operations within the Greater Chicago Area are considered a plus
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field is preferred
