Required Experience: One year of experience working in an educational setting such as teaching and/or student support programs. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Ability to handle sensitive situations with empathy and professionalism.
Required Additional Qualifications: Commitment to working with all students, as well as other faculty and staff partners across the university campus and community.
Preferred Qualifications
Preferred Education: Master’s degree in a related field (counseling, psychology, student personnel, social work, education, student affairs, etc.).
Preferred Experience: Experience in higher education or student services. Knowledge of community resources and public assistance programs. Background in financial coaching, case management, or crisis support.
