Role Description

This is a part-time remote role for an Allied/Radiology Healthcare Recruiter. The role involves sourcing, interviewing, and hiring qualified healthcare professionals, building strong relationships with candidates and clients, and ensuring an excellent recruitment experience. The recruiter will focus on delivering top-tier customer service and maintaining clear communication throughout the hiring process.

Qualifications

• Experience in Healthcare Staffing and Recruiting
• Strong understanding of Hiring practices and processes
• Proficiency in Customer Service and Communication
• Ability to establish and maintain relationships with candidates and clients
• Self-motivation and the ability to work independently in a remote setting
• Previous experience in the healthcare or radiology field is a plus
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience is preferred
