Greenway Collins have partnered with a fast-growing AI marketplace in the hiring/recruiting infrastructure space, backed by top-tier investors and used by high-growth technology companies.
They are hiring a hands-on Customer Support Specialist to support customers and users across platform chat, Slack, email and ticketing tools.
This is not a Customer Success, Account Management or Support Manager role.
They need someone who is still personally resolving support requests every day, comfortable with high volume, and used to working in a startup environment where the process is still being built.
You should be a strong fit if you have:
- 3–8 years in high-volume customer support, ideally B2B SaaS
- Current hands-on ticket ownership, not just escalation or team management
- Experience supporting users across multiple channels, not just email
- Startup or high-growth company experience
- Excellent written communication and attention to detail
- Evidence of building or improving support workflows, documentation, routing, macros or escalation processes
You are probably not the right fit if your background is mainly:
- Customer Success or Account Management
- People management rather than hands-on support
- Low-volume enterprise support
- Call-centre support without B2B SaaS exposure
- A structured corporate environment where processes are already mature
Compensation is $70k–$90k base + equity.
Remote role, with the option to work from the San Francisco office.
This is best suited to someone who likes being close to the product, close to users, and deep in the operational mess while helping build the function properly.
