Position Overview

We are seeking a visionary Vice President of AI Strategy to define and lead the company’s enterprise-wide AI vision and strategic direction.

This role will focus on identifying high-impact opportunities for AI adoption, aligning AI initiatives with business goals, and driving long-term competitive advantage through intelligent systems and data-driven innovation. The ideal candidate combines strategic leadership, technical understanding, and strong business acumen.

Key Responsibilities

1.AI Strategy & Vision

Define and execute the company’s AI strategy and long-term roadmap

Identify opportunities to integrate AI across products, operations, and customer experience

Align AI initiatives with corporate strategy and growth priorities

2.Business Integration & Impact

Partner with business units to embed AI into core offerings and workflows

Drive measurable outcomes such as revenue growth, cost optimization, and efficiency gains

Translate AI capabilities into business value and competitive differentiation

3.Innovation & Emerging Technologies

Evaluate and adopt cutting-edge AI technologies (e.g., generative AI, LLMs, automation)

Monitor market trends, competitive landscape, and emerging use cases

Establish innovation frameworks to accelerate experimentation and scaling

4.Data & Platform Strategy

Lead enterprise data strategy, including governance, quality, and accessibility

Oversee development of AI platforms and infrastructure

Promote a data-driven culture across the organization

5.Governance, Risk & Compliance

Establish AI governance frameworks (ethics, explainability, model risk management)

Ensure compliance with data privacy and regulatory requirements

Mitigate risks related to AI deployment and operational integrity

6.Executive Leadership

Advise executive team and board on AI investments and priorities

Build and lead cross-functional teams across AI, data, and product

Drive organizational transformation toward AI-first operations

Required Qualifications

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in AI, Computer Science, Data Science, Business, or related field (MBA or PhD preferred)

15+ years of experience in AI, technology strategy, or digital transformation

Proven experience defining and executing AI strategies at scale

Strong understanding of AI/ML technologies and enterprise applications

Experience in senior leadership and cross-functional environments

Preferred Qualifications

Experience in fintech, SaaS, or platform-based organizations

Familiarity with generative AI and large-scale model deployment

Background in AI commercialization or product strategy

Experience with global markets and regulatory environments
