Job Overview
At Lavazza North America, the Category Insights & Portfolio Analyst will be responsible for the day-to-day management of the portfolio and new product development (NPD) for the Office Coffee Service (OCS) channel for the U.S. and Canada. This individual will oversee new products from inception to business case, including progress monitoring throughout development and building selling stories and launch toolkits for the commercial strategy and sales teams. This individual will not only work directly with the Category Manager but also support the full marketing team in product and portfolio related communication needs. Additionally, they will work across many departments such as Research and Development, Commercial Strategy, and PMO to facilitate communication and deliver company objectives related to NPDs and the portfolio.
