Summary :
Oversee all field activities and construction management aspects of federal, state, and local civil construction contracts.
The Construction Manager’s responsibilities include managing and driving project initiatives, managing medium to complex field construction sites, overseeing subcontractor compliance, project scheduling, crew scheduling and management, cost controls, sustaining and expanding services, correspondence, and coordination with home office, clients, and other stakeholders.
The Construction Manager should be an independent, self-motivated professional experienced in managing large, complex construction projects and desire to grow professionally with each challenging project.
The salary range for this position is $107,711-$169,606 / year, please note this is a tiered position.

Frequent lifting of up to 50 pounds, such as BMPs, equipment, and other materials.

Qualifications
Education Bachelors of Civil Engineering (required)
Experience 7 years : *Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related discipline
oExperience may be substituted for education on a 1 : 1 basis
