About The Role
As the Senior Brand Strategist at MrBeast, you are the Lead Storyteller and Commercial Architect behind our partnerships. Sitting at the intersection of Creative, Sales, and Production, you are responsible for turning ambitious ideas into undeniable, data-backed pitches that leverage the full power of our portfolio.
You own the entire narrative arc – from ideation and deck design to budget validation, C-suite presentations, and a clean, profitable handoff to the Activation team. This role blends creative intuition with commercial rigor and is critical to winning and scaling high-impact, multi-platform partnerships.
This role is based in New York, where you’ll work in-office five days per week, or Los Angeles, where you’ll operate in a fully remote environment while maintaining tight, daily collaboration with teams in New York (Product Solutions and Sales) and North Carolina (Activation and Production). Regardless of location, you’ll be expected to operate on Eastern Standard Time (EST) hours to stay aligned with headquarters, deal flow, and production timelines.

What We’re Looking For
The target total compensation ranges from $135,700 – $170,200, including a fixed annual salary of $118,000 – $148,000, an employee equity plan grant, bonus, plus comprehensive benefits.
Equity grants are issued in good faith, subject to company policies, board approval, and individual eligibility.
