The Opportunity
As the Manager, Events & Workplace Netflix Animation Studios, you are part of creating the NAS cultural ecosystem and community. You don’t just execute events; you collaborate and help drive a global strategy designed to cultivate an environment where world-class artists thrive. Serving as a key partner to the VP, Studio Operations, you will translate executive vision into tangible studio experiences. You will bridge our local creative hubs with the global Corporate Events team, ensuring a unified Netflix Animation presence across Burbank, Vancouver, and Sydney. Your leadership extends beyond our walls, driving external-facing initiatives in partnership with Talent Acquisition and Artist Management to solidify our standing as an industry leader. In addition to event strategy, you will oversee aspects of the physical workplace experience, ensuring the studio environment remains a world-class destination for our talent.

At NAS, we carefully consider a wide range of compensation factors to determine your compensation. We rely on market indicators and consider your specific job family, background, location, skills, and experience. The overall market range for this role is typically $123k – 178k. This reflects total compensation; we do not have bonuses.
