Job Overview
The Vice President, Marketing & Communications is a senior executive leader responsible for defining and executing Upbit LLC’s global marketing, brand positioning, and communications strategy.
Reporting directly to the CEO and COO, this role will oversee enterprise-wide marketing strategy, institutional communications, thought leadership, and market positioning—ensuring that Upbit’s strategic vision, trading expertise, and advisory capabilities are effectively communicated to global institutional audiences.
The VP will play a critical role in elevating Upbit’s brand authority, strengthening market influence, and driving client engagement across financial institutions, trading counterparties, and ecosystem partners.

Lead and define Upbit LLC’s global marketing and brand strategy aligned with corporate vision and growth objectives.

Develop consistent, high-impact messaging across trading strategy, advisory services, and market insights.

Communications & Thought Leadership
Oversee global communications strategy, including PR, media engagement, executive visibility, and corporate messaging.

Drive development of high-quality research, insights, reports, and institutional publications.
Translate complex financial strategies and market dynamics into clear, compelling narratives for decision-makers.
Go-To-Market & Institutional Engagement

Qualifications
20+ years of progressive experience in marketing, communications, or brand leadership within financial services, fintech, capital markets, or trading environments.
Proven success in building institutional brands and executing high-impact marketing strategies in complex markets.
Strong understanding of derivatives, trading strategies, capital markets, or financial technology ecosystems.
Experience working closely with executive leadership and global stakeholders.
Exceptional storytelling, communication, and strategic thinking capabilities.
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Finance, or related field required; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
