Location & Work Style 

This role is based in Orlando, FL and is primarily on-site. We expect this person to work closely with the team in-office and support active projects as needed. 

The Role 

We are looking for a Senior Project Manager who can lead complex, multi-disciplinary projects from concept through delivery. This is a leadership role focused on execution, team coordination, and stakeholder alignment across themed entertainment and technical production projects.

What You’ll Do 

• Leadership and Team Management: Lead, motivate, and manage a multidisciplinary team, including electrical and mechanical engineers, inventors, project managers, and technicians, to achieve exceptional results in themed entertainment projects. 
• Strategic Project Oversight: Oversee the entire lifecycle of multiple large-scale projects, ensuring they meet or exceed high standards of creativity and technical innovation. 
• Advanced Resource Management: Allocate and manage resources efficiently, ensuring projects are well-staffed and equipped with appropriate technology and materials. 
• Stakeholder Engagement: Act as the primary point of contact for key stakeholders, maintaining clear and consistent communication, and ensuring their vision is integrated into the project. 
• Budget and Schedule Management: Develop, oversee, and adjust budgets and schedules to ensure projects are completed on time and within financial constraints. 
• Quality Assurance: Uphold high standards of quality in every aspect of project execution, from initial design through final delivery. 
• Innovation and Continuous Improvement: Drive innovation in project processes and methodologies, continuously improving efficiency and effectiveness. 
• Risk Management: Proactively identify and mitigate project risks, ensuring smooth project execution. 
• Mentorship and Development: Mentor junior team members and foster a culture of learning and growth. 

Required Experience 

• Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Entertainment Technology, or a related field. 
• Experience: 8–10+ years of experience in project management, with significant experience in themed entertainment or construction. 
• Certifications: PMP or equivalent certification preferred. 
• Leadership Skills: Proven leadership experience managing large, diverse teams. 
• Industry Knowledge: Deep understanding of themed entertainment, technical systems, and construction methodologies. 
• Communication Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills across all levels. 
• Problem-Solving: Advanced problem-solving with a creative and practical approach. 
• Project Management Proficiency: Expertise in modern project management tools and methodologies.
