As a Learning & Development Training Specialist, you’ll help shape what it truly means to be a Roadie. This role is all about creating meaningful training, development, and cultural programs that bring people together, strengthen engagement, and support growth at every level of the organization. You’ll work cross-functionally with Operations, the People team, Communications, and external partners to foster an inclusive, welcoming environment where every Roadie feels empowered to show up, speak up, and thrive.

• This position will work a hybrid schedule at the Texas Roadhouse Support Center located in Louisville, Kentucky.

What’s On Your Plate

• Design, deliver, or oversee cultural training programs that elevate the Roadie experience
• Lead and administer Legendary for All Council programs (including leadership summits, ESL initiatives, and development forums)
• Build and maintain strategic external partnerships that enhance learning and engagement
• Analyze people and culture data to continuously improve training and development initiatives
• Drive awareness and participation in Legendary for All programs through compelling internal communications and event planning
• Partner with Council and Committee leaders to facilitate meetings, set agendas, and align efforts with business priorities
• Keep Legendary for All resources fresh, visible, and engaging across internal platforms
• Support engagement efforts within the Training Department and track program feedback and outcomes

Your Recipe for Success

• Bachelor’s degree preferred in Organizational Development, HR, Business, Communications, Hospitality, or related field
• 2-4 years of experience in training, employee engagement, hospitality leadership, or internal communications
• Proven success leading cross-functional programs, events, or initiatives
• Background in restaurant or hospitality environments strongly preferred
• Experience developing or supporting cultural and engagement-focused programs preferred
• Strong project and event management skills with the ability to juggle priorities and meet deadlines
• Confident communicator and facilitator-comfortable presenting to small groups or large audiences
• Highly collaborative, relationship-driven, and able to connect across diverse teams and leadership levels
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, SharePoint, and content creation tools like PowerPoint, Excel, and Canva
