Role Description

This is a full-time, remote General Manager of Operations role. The General Manager will oversee daily operational activities, implement effective processes, and drive efficiency across various departments. Responsibilities include managing production schedules, ensuring quality control, coordinating cross-departmental workflows, optimizing supply chain operations, and ensuring organizational objectives are met. Additional duties involve leading teams, fostering a culture of continuous improvement, and developing strategies to enhance performance and outcomes.

Qualifications

• Strong leadership, organizational, and team management skills
• Proven experience in operational efficiency, process improvement, and workflow optimization
• Knowledge of production planning, supply chain management, and quality control processes
• Exceptional communication and problem-solving skills
• Ability to analyze data and develop strategies to meet business objectives
• Bachelor’s degree in Operations Management, Business Administration, or a related field
• Experience in the manufacturing or industrial sector, preferably in abrasives or related industries
