2. About the Opportunity:
The IT Tech Support I role is responsible for delivering daily technical support to field associates, ensuring smooth operation of systems and technology. This position works closely with the IT team to troubleshoot and resolve issues across both cloud and on-premise environments. The role plays a critical part in maintaining system reliability and supporting business continuity.
3. Responsibilities:
• Provide technical support for hardware, software, and enterprise applications
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues involving Microsoft 365, Active Directory, Windows, and network systems
• Support PCs, laptops, printers, and other essential hardware
• Document, track, and escalate incidents as necessary
• Collaborate with IT colleagues to resolve problems and assist with projects
• Deliver timely customer service and follow-up
4. Requirements:
• Experience with Microsoft 365, Active Directory, and Windows environments
• Preferred knowledge of networking concepts including TCP/IP, firewalls, and switches
• Strong troubleshooting, problem-solving, and communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced setting
• Experience with ERP systems, SQL Server, or Citrix is a plus
• Prior IT help desk or technical support experience preferred
