As a Presentation Design Specialist, you’d help us create training data for a project with one of the world’s top AI labs.

Your role:

As a Presentation Design Specialist, you will apply your professional experience in presentation design, visual communication, and information hierarchy to help design, execute, and evaluate realistic presentation design workflows. The core objective of this role is to translate real, day-to-day presentation design reasoning into structured tasks and evaluations, enabling AI systems to learn how experienced designers and communications professionals build compelling, data-driven decks.

Compensation:

• Compensation: $60-80/hour
• Commitment: 15-40 hours per week
• Type: Contract, part-time
• Location: Fully remote

What you’ll do:

• Execute tasks within LibreOffice Impress to validate feasibility and establish ground-truth solutions
• Write detailed task specifications for presentation design workflows, including clear prompts, expected outputs, and grading criteria
• Build pitch decks, report slides, and branded templates with strong layout, typography, and data visualization
• Define grading rubrics that assess both technical execution (e.g., consistent master slides, correct chart data) and design quality (e.g., typographic hierarchy, cohesive color palettes)
• Provide clear, written documentation of your workflows, reasoning, and quality assessments

What we’re looking for:

We are specifically seeking experienced presentation designers and communications specialists with strong visual design skills and hands-on production experience.

Relevant Backgrounds:

• Current or former consultants at MBB (McKinsey, Bain, BCG), Big Four strategy practices (Deloitte, PwC, EY-Parthenon, KPMG), or boutique strategy firms
• Investment banking analysts/associates with heavy pitch book and client deck experience
• In-house strategy, corporate development, or chief-of-staff professionals who regularly produce board- and executive-level materials
• Freelance consultants with a portfolio of client deliverables (market entry, due diligence, strategic planning, etc.)
• Strong fluency with PowerPoint, Keynote, or LibreOffice Impress, including master slide templating, chart construction, and quantitative data visualization
